He brings 10 plus years experience from kitchens in New York City, Sonoma and Martha’s Vineyard. He was notably plucked to lead the kitchen at Brooklyn’s Achilles, which led to much acclaim and a serious following for his “Hell Chicken”. He currently works as a private caterer and pop-up chef with the aim of supporting small farms and classic seasonal cooking.

  • Coming Soon

    Chef - 9/19

We guarantee this will be a lunch you’ll remember and talk about to your friends for years to come. We’re in conversation with some incredible chefs.

  • Arnot-Roberts

    Wine Partner - 5/23

Arnot-Roberts was founded in Healdsburg in 2001 by childhood friends Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. Beginning with one barrel of wine made in their basement, the winery started small and grew slowly by sourcing grapes from some of the most remarkable vineyards in California.

Single-vineyard wines are the core of the production as well as a few appellation bottlings that clearly speak of their individual upbringings.

  • Freeman Winery

    Wine Partner - 8/8

Since 2001, Freeman has been one of the great pioneers of cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, charting a course to the western edges of California winegrowing, where the influence of the Pacific Ocean shapes the character of the wines. In doing so, the winery has helped to define a more balanced, sophisticated and thoughtful style of winemaking—a style that has been embraced by connoisseurs and collectors around the world.

  • Chappellet

    Wine Partner - 9/19

Chappellet is recognized as one of the great Napa Valley wineries, and one of the few which remains family owned. Today, the second generation is committed to continuing the vision of their parents, Donn and Molly Chappellet. Molly is an avid gardener and knew Western HIlls Garden founder’s, Lester Hawkins and Marshall Olbrich, which makes this partnership particularly special.
