Mariana Carvallo
Chef - 5/23
Mariana Carvallo is a professionally trained and certified chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Miami. She works as a private chef and caterer for events across the Bay Area. Her passion for good food and company, along with her zest for life, is reflected in her dishes. She specializes in using quality, fresh ingredients and creating stunning presentations. Chef Mariana is known, not only for designing delicious menus, but for creating an overall experience that is truly memorable.

Lee Desrosiers
Chef - 8/8
Lee Desrosiers lives in Sonoma County, close to the abundant sea, forests and farms of Northern California, which inform his cooking. He brings 10 plus years experience from kitchens in New York City, Sonoma and Martha’s Vineyard. He was notably plucked to lead the kitchen at Brooklyn’s Achilles, which led to much acclaim and a serious following for his “Hell Chicken”. He currently works as a private caterer and pop-up chef with the aim of supporting small farms and classic seasonal cooking.

Arnot-Roberts
Wine Partner - 5/23
Arnot-Roberts was founded in Healdsburg in 2001 by childhood friends Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. Beginning with one barrel of wine made in their basement, the winery started small and grew slowly by sourcing grapes from some of the most remarkable vineyards in California.
Single-vineyard wines are the core of the production as well as a few appellation bottlings that clearly speak of their individual upbringings.

Occidental and the surrounding areas have a number of lodging possibilities.
The Occidental Lodge, a simple 1970s style motor lodge right on Bohemia Highway in Occidental.
The Inn at Occidental, a quaint bed & breakfast just a block up the hill from town.
The Valley Ford Hotel, a historic hotel with modern amenities at competitive prices about 8 miles from Occidental.
The River Electric, a new camp resort and swim club getting a lot of hype in Guernville about 11 miles from Occidental.
Dawn Ranch, a 22 acre luxury resort and spa in Guervnille.
The Lodge at Bodega Bay, a luxury resort near Doran Beach in Bodega Bay.

We will have people in the parking lots to help manage parking. The main WHG lot can hold about 10 cars. Overflow parking is on the property above the garden with an interior path connecting the properties. Don’t walk on the road! And please be careful pulling in and out.
Parking instructions and driving directions to Mighty Arrow Ranch and the Sebastopol private residence property will be emailed to registrants.
