Volunteers are the heart and soul of Western Hills Garden. When the property was in foreclosure years ago, it was the volunteers who lobbied the bank to keep the water on and jumped the fence to check on things (or so the story goes….).

We meet on Tuesdays starting at 9am and work on garden projects ranging from pruning and weeding to planting and propagation. We are also looking for help with carpentry, light construction projects, administrative support, content development, marketing, and fundraising.

It’s a great way to meet new people, get your hands dirty, and enjoy homemade muffins!
