Visiting Western Hills Garden has inherent safety risks, including narrow gravel paths, uneven steps, water features, utility lines, bridges, various tripping hazards, and potential natural hazards. Please keep a close eye on children. Dogs must be on leash.

You acknowledge that you understand the risks of visiting the garden and accept full responsibility for any personal injury to yourself, your family members, or guests in your group.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Western Hills LLC, including its employees, volunteers and members, and any associated persons, entities or sponsors, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and any other liability for injury, death, damage, loss or liability of any kind related to your visit to Western Hills Garden, whether caused by yourself, your family, your guests, Western Hills LLC or other parties.
