Wisdom in the Wild: Reawakening Through Nature’s Consciousness

Description

What if the guidance you’ve been seeking isn’t only within you, but quietly present all around you?

Join us at Western Hills Garden for a restorative, reflective workshop that invites a deeper relationship with the living world. Guided by celebrated author, life coach, speaker, and facilitator, Anna Gatmon, participants will explore nature as a conscious presence—one that listens, responds, and offers insight when we slow down enough to notice.

Drawing inspiration from the messages received by Dorothy Maclean, co-founder of the Findhorn Community and Gardens in Scotland, we’ll engage in simple practices of Immersive Presence™ to cultivate attention, listening, and felt connection.

This gentle afternoon includes time in the garden, guided reflection, and shared conversation—along with a light lunch. Come curious, leave more attuned to the rhythms within and around you.
